I love the Badlion network. However, ever since the server's location was moved, when I try to connect, I receive this message...
java.net.ConnectionException: Connection refused: no further information:
It isn't only the Minecraft server either. I can't connect to badlion.net on Google Chrome, either! I am thoroughly confused with why this is happening, considering my brother, (Who lives a couple cities away) can connect to both the website and na.badlion.net as a server IP on Minecraft. This is really boggling my mind and I am in desperate need of some help. As I said before... I love the server.

You can also try tracert badlion.net from a command prompt to see where the connection is getting dropped. If it doesn't complete a whois of that ip address will tell you where to start.
You can also check port routing in your router; normally 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 (typed into browser address bar). You may have to create a rule for in Port Blocking for Minecraft TCP & UDP port 25565 and open it for the IP address that your router assigns to your computer (I assign IP addresses for all computers through my router just for this reason).

If it is just that server, then its the server only for your location. Or a firewall issue.
My Website
