i am currently dealing wth the same issue in a 209 mod loaded pack cant figure it out it only happens in one world and not the other (SSP) there have been other posts like this but none of them have a fix other than reinstall everything...
actually uppon further inspection i found this in my console (game does not crash. it loads world without NEI)
i guess ic2 has not updated to the new fluid registry? not exactly sure what this is suposed to be telling me
Edit: SO yea hopefuly you have a mod/config backup because i made a new MultiMC instance copyed over just the mods/configs/saves and of course nei is now working perfectly but as soon as i change the mod sorting cycle it seems to break again rather ridiculous but yeah a fresh install seems to fix this.
Theres nothing to really report other than it only does this on servers. Is this a known conflict?
Apparently, Nothing.

Ah, damn, I thought I fixed that. Thanks.
