I believeSo! check out Ic2 Nuclear controll im 90% sure they updated to work with RF and big reactors (it has a block you put between your cable line that tells you how much energy has gone though it over time) there is another block that tells your the EU/T going thuogh it (rf/tick in your situation)
Unfortunatly i have yet to test the updates to know if this is true but i was reading about the Nuclear controll update(its an ic2 addon ic2 required)

Is there a mod that tells you how much RF has passed through a conduit?
and you can reset the number.

Ex. a item that displays if there is 532RF in a conduit
