If anyone has ever used the Sync Mod by IChun and InfinteInvo by FunWayGuy, you might of experienced the inventories not changing, if you did, were you able to find a fix for it? maybe something in the code that I can change? Or maybe change the way Minecraft handles inventories.
EDIT:This is also happening when I add extra hearts from the Zelda sword skills mod. Maybe there is some kind of way to force changing the inventory, hearts, XP, etc. or make it use a new NBT file (if it doesn't already)?
