My friend cannot play Multiplayer in Minecraft because his parents think he will be sexually offended and harassed in the chat. (I know what you're going to say: turn chat off.) He knows how to turn chat off, but his parents think that it is possible to hack it and still chat when the chat has been turned off. This is really important because if it can't be hacked (and he plays vanilla), he would be able to play Multiplayer. What do you guys think? Is it possible for someone to talk to him even when his chat is turned off? I'm pretty sure it's not.

No. Only way to talk is with chat on.
