On to the problem... every time I try to join my server, or well a server I help out, and I have console to it, this message pops up http://prntscr.com/6tv4x4
It is very weird, because I can join every other server. This server is 1.7.10, but I can still join every other 1.7.10 server but this one... I do not understand the problem, I have restarted my PC, I have restarted my launcher about 20 times, I do not know what else to do :/
If its just that one server that has the issue then it maybe on their end and not yours.
If you can contact the server owner and get them to check the server log to see if it shows anything when you try to login to it
This is my server basically, I do not pay for it, but I have access to console... I have been helping out with the server for like 2 weeks now, and I have not had this problem before. All of my friends can join the server perfectly, but I cannot join, and every time I try to it shows that screenshot in the main post... :/
googling around for bad packet 64 comes up with a few things. client / server version mismatch. not being whitelisted on the server, or having an IP address banned.

Omg, I am such a noob, I banned my IP 2 days ago on the server and forgot to unban it, thanks so much! Someone can lock this if they want as this is now resolved
