I was playing my minecraft and I got a Black Hole talisman from thaumic tinkerer and it crashed and now when I try to launch the world minecraft crashes every time and I was wondering if there was a way to delete that specific item out of my inventory

do you have any backups of your world? from just before you got the item
Logs would be helpful.
MC Edit has some features. I've used that a number of times to fix errors like these.

i never had any luck with mc edit.
I managed to fix the problem, I used an inventory editor to remove the item
