So this has been happening since I got minecraft back in 2013. The problem is the FPS causing little millisecond shutters. The shutter happens when my fps skips from 100 to 200 then back down to 100 again. During those few seconds, i could feel little shutters, and this happens all the time. It rarely never skips frames.
Have you tried lowering your framerate to something beteen 30-60? Higher framerates don't give increased visual performance and require more power and memory.
Lower or disabling other settings may also help, like turning VBO off.
