Hi.... Im a part of the Hcteams community and play in fullscreen so my sensitivity feels fine not feeling or looking delayed or to smooth.
But when im nto in full screen which i need to be in order to record my mouse feels delayed It feels to "smooth" and cant keep up as well with my moving target as i would be able to in full screen where i dont have this problem any help would be appreciated!
Higher resolutions mean smaller movements make bigger differences. The mouse is moving the same speed in the game world which means on a smaller screen it will feel slower even though your movements have not changed. Just adjust your mouse tracking (if it doesn't go any higher, consider playing only on a higher resolution or buying a gaming mouse).
