I purchased a Minecraft account and I used it for a couple of days. It's not something that I'm interested in but my nephew is really wanting an account. Is it a violation of the EULA to gift / give ( NOT SELL ) my account to my nephew? I understand that Mojang would like to sell a new account license, but since I bought one - as the owner am I able to give it away?
That's fine. You bought the account and you are not making money off of it. You are just letting someone else have it. As long as you do not sell it, you should be fine.
