So I set up a paypal account so I could purchase minecraft online by using the prepaid visa I was gifted. And using it on paypal seems to have worked. Anyways I went on the website to buy the game with my paypal account. I accepted the purchase with logging into my paypal account and clicked confirm purchase. Afterwards it just brought me back to the store not mentioning anything about my purchase so I assume it didn't work. I went to buy the game again and it said processing order. I refreshed the page and it brought me back to the page to buy the game. I typed in all the same information, and it stated that my username I chose previously was still not taken. However I bought the game using the same information, same minecraft account, and same paypal account. It now is back on the processing order page and I'm just leaving it open. Do you think they will charge me twice for the same order?
Do you use Internet Explorer, as this browser is known to just jump back and not work.
Have you checked your paypal account to see if you were charged more than once?
If you were not charged then the sale didn't complete, if charged multiple times contact Mojang to sort it out, ONLY Mojang can assist with account issues https://help.mojang.com/customer/portal/emails/new
