I frequently play on the mineplex server and am even an ultra on it, but for some reason the past few months I have had a LOT of trouble connecting to the main website. Because of this problem, I can't collect rank bonuses or anything of the sort without going through a lot of trouble on a separate network. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this problem?
The problem occurs on any device connected to my wifi, and when I attempt to connect I see the screenshot below. It as if my wifi network does not recognize the website's existence. If the site was blocked or anything like that, a different message would appear. I'm stumped on this one...

It is not down, my friend can always connect and I can connect when on another network.
