I just noticed today my fps in minecraft held a steady 144 fps. My monitor is 144hz. Before I would see around 400 fps and 16 chunk render distance and over a thousand on tiny. Not that I don't welcome the change because now its not using wasted frames i was just wondering if this was an update to minecraft itself.
Is this a problem? Seems like it wouldn't be seeing as how you can't even see frames going that fast. You won't even notice a difference with framerates past 60 (yes yes, someone probably claims they do, but they are a robot with cybernetic eyes so don't listen to them).
