"Unable to start the Minecraft Runtime enviornment this is most likely caused by a corruption. Please try to reinstall Minecraft."

Before, I could install and launch Minecraft, I was getting:

Here are my computer's specs:
AMD A4-5000 APU with Radeon(TM) HD Graphics
RAM: 8 GB
64-bit OP, x64 based processor
Windows 8.1

Here's what I have tried to resolve my issues:
Update Java
Update drivers
Update Direct X
Uninstalling/Reinstalling
Edited Path


What else can I try to make it work? Or is my computer just not compatible? It launched once, then never did again.
