Hello everyone, this is ChrisJohns12! I was recently playing Mnecraft fullscreen and their is a ton of lag! I am currently very annoyed as when I play non-fullscreen, the screen is incredibly small, I have tried to turn the graphics to fast and the clouds to fast but the lag just cannot stop!
I would really like you to post a comment of how to reduce this horrible lag. Im not gonna start crying all day about this lag Im not like that.
Okay listen this type of post is useless without more information. Please post your settings a screenshot in game version of mc and version of forge what version of optifine, and fastcraft. Also your pc specs. I don't provide mac support.
I was using 32-bit java on a Win7 machine, and I was barely able to run optifine. When I upgraded to 64-bit and dumped 2 more GB of RAM onto minecraft, I was then able to easily use nearly 60 mods.

try using the new installer. when you pull up the mc screen, with the big play button at the bottom. it doesn't use java and stuff. might work a bit better. haven't tried it out myself yet. but it seems like it will

Thank you very much if you understand!
Which version of minecraft are you playing? If it's 1.8 try installing Optifine
What version? What mods do you have if any?
Going into fullscreen causes more lag as there are more pixels to move. That is why people with less powerful hardware do not play in F11.

Until someone ports this legendary mod I am leaving the minecraft scene. http://www.cosc.canterbury.ac.nz/greg.ewing/minecraft/mods/ArchitectureCraft/#mozTocId598776 I have watched too many legendary mods die and carpenters blocks sudden fallout out of mainstream made me cry. I realize the source is messy but some of the best mods from 1.6.4 and 1.7.10 were.
I CURRENTLY do not have any mods, Im using 1.8.3 with java, I dont have nay texture packs or mods this is part of my info idk if this will help:

Ok if none of these suggestions work I will TRY to start playing non fullscreen.
Dont have any.
Thank you ALL for ur advice appreciate it
Please post your hardware specs. Also,
this tells me you are using the 32-bit version of Java, I recommend you download the 64-bit version, found here: http://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp
Does java help that much? I just downloaded java 32 and it didnt improve anything? Sirry imma noob laugh at me.
I said download the 64-bit version. Minecraft likes it better.
Also, if your hardware is low-tier, you will be stuck in windowed until you get a better computer.
You should make sure your computer still has storage left. Or, lower your chunks in video settings.

Try lowering the chunks, an putting fast graphics
I recommend either installing Optifine or updating or installing a 64 bit of Java.
If that doesnt help, try lowering your graphic settings.
It might just be your computer..
What type of computer and what are the specs?
