So my question is, if I had a modded world and then added mods that add new ores. If I was to re-create said world, would it include new ores in the new world
E.g: modded world has tinkers (copper, tin, etc...), then I add galacticraft (silicon, ect...). If I was to re-create the first world, would it look the same but with the new ore in the ground aswell.
Some mods change terrain generation, so there may be differences depending on the mods added. I don't think Galacticraft changes terrain generation, it just adds ores to the existing terrain, so if that's all you're adding, it might be OK. But any built structures will of course not be in the new world unless you import them into the map with MC Edit. Last time we added mods on our server, I just trimmed the areas that didn't have anything built in them using MC Edit so that the new areas with the new ores wouldn't be so far away.

To tell them how to live is to prevent them living.

If I am honest I don't know why I asked as it is easy enogh to check, so I did and went into creative but the new ores were not there.
