This might help pinpoint the source of the problem. I'm running minecraft on a Windows ten 64-bit, and recently I've been having problems with the game freezing due the the display driver not responding. I have an Intel HD 4600 display adapter and I tried disabling and re-enabling the display driver. WARNING: I would not recommend disabingredients the driver because most computer screens go black as a result of this. Anyway, my cursor is having the same problem where it drifts in-game. This problem only started occurring after I re-enabled the driver. This may or may not be correlated to the problem but I'm just sharing my knowledge.
I found the fix on youtube guys just exit minecraft right click the app on your desktop goto compatibility then check 3 boxes run as admin, compatability for windows 8 if you have windows 8 or 10 and, disable display scaling on high dpi settings that will run minecraft in 1080p if thats your resolution and it will stop the auto mouse movement on 1080p sorry i just found this article and im only trying to help so if somebody already found the solution sorry.
I have windows 10, and minecraft 10.1.2. I have an HP with Intel graphics, so any solution having to do with NVidia did not work for me. I found that if you're using a docking station or any extended monitor, you have to unplug it. That fixed the problem for me. Hopefully it does for you guys too.
I can confirm this issue by doing a test. I found this problem when I wanted to play minecraft on 3 screens instead of one, but I had one problem.. my monitor in the middle is a 4K monitor and the two on each side are 1080. So I scaled my 4K monitor down to 1080 and I discovered this problem as my character moves the camera on its own lol
So basicly dont change your resolution on your monitors. It will mess up the camera on the game

I HAVE SOLVED IT!!!
Right click the icon for Minecraft before you open it at all,
hit properties
got to the capabilities tab
check mark "Disable display scaling on high DPI setting"
Hit apply then try running Minecraft.
This is what I did and it fixed my camera drift problem.
