My internet is being 100% fine except for this!

im not sure if its my client or what, but please help.

i have looked at youtube videos to try and solve this problem...

but NONE have helped.

Videos i have tried:

they seemed to have worked at first, but then quickly stopped working.

what it looks like in multiplayer GUI

sometimes it lets me connect to some servers, but not often.

it just says PINGING...

like just now, i can see the MOTD and player ammount from MCBrawl... but i cant connect.

this only happens with some servers, and most of the time i cant connect.

plz help D: i wanna play but cant.

oh yeah. by the way it dosent help if i change versions. happens on 1.7, 1.8, 1.6...
