First of all do this at your own risk because you might corrupt your Minecraft data! If that happens you must delete .minecraft at %appdata% and re-install Minecraft again! Also don't forget to backup!
So to the tutorial!
1. Download all the files in the link, it is complete with the mods, and the lag less shaderpack. It is not an adf.ly link because I have no means of earning money with it and it is 100% virus free!
2. Now everything's set we can start by installing the forge installer by simply opening it and press the OK button.
3. Start your Minecraft and choose the profile "Forge" then press Play. This will verify that you have installed forge correctly.
4. Open Windows Explorer and put on %appdata% in the search bar and go to .minecraft folder then mods folder.
5. Put all the mods in the mods folder (Fastcraft.jar, Optifine.jar, FPSPlus.jar, Shaders.jar)
6. Make a "shaderpacks" named folder and place the Docteur Dread's lag less shaders inside.
7. Open Minecraft and press edit profile then tick JVM Arguments. You must use this parameters to make the mod "FPSPlus" work "-Dfml.ignoreInvalidMinecraftCertificates=true -Dfml.ignorePatchDiscrepancies=true".
8. Enjoy your experience! Make sure to put your video settings to the lowest for it too really not lag.
So I just wanna add that I've seen a lot of Forge and Optifine problems and I wanna help you guys. The reason why you get this problem because you guys are too ignorant to read what is said when downloading Optifine. See the quote below, stated by Sp614x:
Download OptiFine 1.7.10_HD_B5 (optimized chunk rendering, FPS +30% is possible, report OpenGL errors in chat, updated Forge compatibility, compatible with Forge #1291): Download, mirror (30.01.2015)
You must download Forge 10.13.2.1291 which is the recommended one but not the latest one which is Forge 10.13.2.1343.
