I have a custom modpack, (it's called "gharmston's modpack" on the Technic Launcher) and after playing for a while, it crashes and i get this error from "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library"

I have 6GB ram, 5 of which is allocated to minecraft. Please help! and yes I've done searches on the web for it, and none of it has helped. So, if you can, please help!
(I dont have that much programming skills, so when I looked through the logs I had no idea what to make of it.... xD)
