The technical preview is that, a preview. It is not supposed to be used as a daily driver. In any case, this error is because of the lack of compatible drivers, and there are no drivers for the Win10 Preview.
Hi, how do I fix this problem:

Retired StaffThe technical preview is that, a preview. It is not supposed to be used as a daily driver. In any case, this error is because of the lack of compatible drivers, and there are no drivers for the Win10 Preview.
Please revert to 8.1 or below.
Well, I'll just wait for the following things to happen:
(Which ever comes 1st)
1) Acquire a new laptop/PC
2) Windows 10 to be realeased for free on WTP users and download it.
But, thanks for the suggestion, anything else?
Nope. Note that #2 won't necessarily solve your problem. You need Open GL supporting drivers for your hardware.
Even after Win 10 is fully released doesn't mean that it was made for whatever PC you put it on.
Oh...

Curse PremiumFor that reason, it would be best to downgrade to 8.1 or below. It is better than waiting and then to find it still won't work
