Hello community. I play with 62 mods active. And my memory is always at its limits. But i actually use a Realy big machine. I have a 64 bit windows 7. I have 32 gigs of ram installed. But the minecraft launcher just wont let me use more than 1.2 gig of ram? It doesnt make any sence. Im using the newest version of java.

if you are using 32 bit java you cant allocate more then 1 gig so just run the 64 bit java and see if this fixes it (note: do not allocate all of your ram, at most allocate half of it, the more ram you allocate past about 4 gigs it lags, dont ask me why it just does, plus you need at least 2-4 gigs free for your system to run)

ok, try not to allocate much more than that though because your performance will go down hill
