My 8 year old son has badgered me to install Minecraft on our home PC (never mind the fact he's already got it on PS3 and iPad). I have purchased the $25 gift card and installed it.
When we open up the Minecraft Desktop Icon, it goes into the Minecraft Launcher 1.6.11. We then hit the button "Play". After about 20 seconds, we then get a "Uhoh, itlooks like the game has crashed! Sorry for the inconvenience :(". Then there is the Minecraft Crash Report, etc. I have cut and paste below. Can anyone tell me what's wrong please? Any assistance would be appreciated.
