wow, i have no idea how unlucky i am to have this many issues in 2-3 months, anyways, this issue is a little different than previous ones, so lets get right to it. As i start up my game, i get a message saying that minecraft forge [10.13.2.1291,10.14] cant be found, i installed that forge version and dropped it into the mod folder, but the same message keeps appearing, any help would be greatly appreciated.
Are you using the correct profile on the launcher? You use the installer, then select the proper profile.

True. Also, if you're aware that a fairly new forge system is an automatic installation, with no need to drag and drop files. You are using the installer right?
yes, but here is what confuses me, ive used that same method of dragging and dropping for 1.7.10 for a few months,on the same profile, but now it doesnt work?
As we are saying, go the easier route and get the installer, it should work fine then.

You dropped your forge into your mods folder?

yeah you know, you install the client then it asks you to drop that javadoc into the mods folder, right? I did that with so many mods and stuff

1.7.10, my operating system is windows 8 64-bit, if that matters
Don't put the forge installer file in the mods folder. the installer just sets up compatibility for mods. So, take it out and see what happens.

ok so i fixed it, i installed an older version, but now im getting crashes, time to make a new thread
