i have 160 mods and when i got id conflict on 1.6.4 i had free id space around those numbers. cant remember exact number i will go look for the id contlict list i had maybe that can help...
but really it is not hard. like i said copy the original config files just in case. but there is really no way you can go wrong.
I recommand download Notepad++ this will/might help you work on fixing id conflicts

go to .minecraft/config and find one of that mod config appeng (toolQuartzHoe) or magicalcrops (mSeedsCoal) and change the id (the number)
you should be able to open it with notepad or notepad++
id conflict is something you should and can search it for even some mods OP tells you how to. they are really simple.... if u dont too much mod
just read the crash log and find the id from what mod it tells you and you should be good with all other id conflicts if you ever get more.

3399-3971 (573 IDs), 2580-2829 (250 IDs), 976-1224 (249 IDs)
use these numbers if you get id conflicts
this number will be really handy.
but anyhow seems like you got only one id conflicts.
I didnt c the top line sorry about that i thought it was just your mod list.

I dont know how new you are at mc mods but if u get anyother conflicts you will find them over running server.
