I use Technic Launcher, and ever since my new build I struggle to get 20 fps. I've tried pretty much everything on this forum, and no success. Everything is up to date and verified. Minecraft vanilla on the other hand, usually runs about 90-120, which still seems low considering my specs. I've played around with various settings and have found two unusual factors which most impact fps (as much as I can in standard options, no tweaking). Number 1, render distance at 32 bumps fps from 20-25 to 35-50. Not sure at all why this is, but I have it set to 32. Second is mipmap. Having it on at all, no matter which level, drops the fps to 15. I have to keep it off altogether. I have a suspicion that my graphics card isn't detecting how much Minecraft needs and isn't raising the clock speed from idle. I'm open to all suggestions at this point.

Make sure you fave the "Java Legacy Fixer" installed in your mods folder, that should fix it.
