This Thread was created in "unmodified Minecraft client Support", so there shouldn't be any Mods. Anyway, you could install Optifine and turn on "Clean Water", maybe this helps.
I had this problem with a casting table in Tinker's Construct, but I didn't find a solution :/

Curse PremiumThat is a rendering bug, if you have a resource pack on, turn it off. Also turn down your render distance
Maybe enabling/disabling VBO ?

Curse PremiumYa, np, this is caused by some graphics cards, mainly AMD, but sometimes intel, and very few NVidia.
Can you post screenshots so we will know about it?
