When I put my mods in the mods folder for Minecraft I can start up my game but when the game finishes loading I have all the things that come with forge. I had liteloader going and zan's minimap (a liteloader mod) and zan's minimap wasn't working either. I can not get my mods to work. I don't know what is wrong with my game. The launcher requires the administrator password to open, and I kind of think that may have something to do with it.

My game version is 1.7.10 Forge+LiteLoader. Moods: Ruins-1.7.10.jar, resources, UpdateCheckerMod-1.7.10.jar, BspkrsCore-1.7.10.jar, CodeChickenCore-1.7.10-1.0.4.29-universal.jar, EnchantingPlus-1.7.10-3.0.1.jar, Floating-Ruins-Mod-1.7.10.jar, NotEnoughItems-1.7.10-1.0.3.74-universal.jar, mod_voxelMap_1.2.1_for_1.7.10
I have seen people with the same issue with the administrative password. The folder your mods are in probably have permissions set that the java program can't access those files, doesn't have permission to read them unless you give yourself administrative access to the process.
In the case this is not the cause, in the Launcher click on "Edit Profile". In there tell us what the "Game Directory" is. Make sure the mods folder is in that folder. If you changed that folder from the default, then having the mods folder in your %appdata%/.minecraft will not work.
It may also be useful to post the game log. In the profile settings change "Launcher Viability" to "Keep launcher open" and copy the log over here (in a spoiler to help keep the page clean). This may help us as well.

I didn't use any other mods.
It is in my .minecraft folder. What is an empty forge profile and how do I get a good one?

Thanks for the help, but how do I change the settings so that the java program can access the files and read them?
