I have installed 1.8-Forge11.14.1.1334 and 1.8-FML8.0.42.1037 using the installers from files.minecraftforge.net/fml and files.minecraftforge.net/minecraftforge/new.



When I launch Forge, a message comes back saying:

Forge Mod Loader has found a problem with your minecraft installation

The mods and versions listed below could not be found

FML: minimum version required is 8.0.42

The file 'ForgeModLoader-client-0.log' contains more information



When I launch FML, a message comes back saying:

Forge Mob Loader has found a problem with your minecraft installation

The mods and versions listed below could not be found

Forge: minimum version required is 11.14.1

The file 'ForgeModLoader-client-0.log' contains more information

Can anyone help me solve this problem? I am trying to install InventoryTweaks-1.59-beta-174.jar.

The same thing happened to me when I tried installing inventory tweaks. I dont think it works w/ 1.8 ,when i removed it from my mods folder forge ran just fine.

I've tried that before posting this thread. It didn't work for me. Should I be able to install just Forge or just FML and have it work? Am I supposed to put anything special in my mods folder?

inventorAdam5, this worked i use the api version of inventory tweaks and it worked
