So far I've dedicated 5gbs out of the 12gbs I have to my minecraft, and after playing for about 10 minutes, my game freezes temporarily every few minutes because my allocated ram is at 100% 4551mb/4551mb, which is absurd. I'm running Galacticraft and some other small mods. How can I fix this? I have the latest Java, and it seems no matter how much ram I dedicate, it finds a way to fill up. I will add any more information needed.
Update: The memory is subtle at the moment, but my Minecraft is still getting lag spikes every few minutes or so, and they range in time. I also realize that my minecraft lag spikes are freezing my entire computer, because whenever I get one, my Pandora stutters/freezes, and its incredibly annoying, and started when I downloaded Galacticraft, how do I fix this?
