Can't allocate more then 1G ram to modded minecraft

Hello.
I wanted to play minecraft with some mods but the game allways crashed on me after a bit because 1G of ram isn't enough.

These are the mods:

So i tried allocating 2048M ram and i get this error:

Error occurred during initialization of VM Could not reserve enough space for 2097152KB object heap 
my pc is 64 bits and i redownloaded java 3 times today to the latest 64 bits version(i saw other threads saying to do this) but i still cant allocate more ram.
What can i do?
(Btw my pc has 8G ram so it shouldn't be a problem to allocate 2G)

Java 64bit.

as i said i downloaded it yesterday 3 times to the 64bit version
