Support Pixel Programs not Accelerated

I recently wiped-clean my son's computer and reset to factory settings. I've tried updating the graphics drivers but minecraft crashes and I keep getting the above error message.

Here's a link to my DxDiag report...any suggestions would be great!

He never had problems playing minecraft until recently...that's why I did a full-reset of the computer.

We're trying to load and play v. 1.7.10.

He was able to play and mod earlier versions of 1.7...

I will gladly provide more info if needed - thank you in advance!

Can you specify what graphic card you have? Also, you might want to join #minecrafthelp in webchat.esper.net for getting help faster
