While playing around in my modded SP world, I came across some new blocks in the Creative Inventory with the names "tile.stairs_Test_<number1-15>.name". I've never seen these in the mods before and it says it's in the category "Building Blocks". Anyone know what mod it's from if it is a mod? Here's an image of the inventory. Also attached is my mod list. (It looks like wool stairs)
