Got no fps? Running on a slow computer? Read this.
1. Antivirus. (Free)
Get an antivirus. Most malware, like potentially unwanted programs (PUP's) slow your computer. Because it takes alot of your RAM and speed of your computer. For me, ive tried Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. Download it here: https://www.malwarebytes.org/
2. Ccleaner (Free)
Ccleaner is a program that clears junk inside your computer. It clears your recycle bin, browser cache, and your temp. files. Freeing space for minecraft to breathe. Download it here: https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner
3. Razer Cortex.
Its not a gigantic help, but it still works to get you a tad bit of fps. It "kills" unnecessary programs running on your computer. Again freeing space for minecraft to breathe. Download it here: http://www.razerzone.com/cortex
4. Minecraft Forge and Optifine.
If you never heard of these things:
Minecraft forge is a program that lets mods to be added into minecraft. Download it here: http://files.minecraftforge.net/ (Note: download the forge that matches your minecraft version.) If you don't know how to add mods, google it.
Optifine is a MOD. It is recommended that you get this. It makes minecraft more HD whilst increasing your fps. Download it here: https://optifine.net/home (again, depends on your MC version.)

If you're in a war, instead of throwing a hand grenade at the enemy, throw one of those small pumpkins. Maybe it'll make everyone think how stupid war is, and while they are thinking, you can throw a real grenade at them.
Good list But it's also good to mention Fps Plus which can be a bit difficult to install but can nearly double fps. Not to mention Fast Craft for 1.7.10 which negates many of the unnecessary features that cause lag in 1.7.10. Plus I've found that adding a cpu scaling tool and setting it to max performance can decrease frequency of lag spikes.
