Hi all. I had Forge for 1.7.10 and It was working fine. But when I tried getting forge for 1.8 the installer for forge won't even launch. So I decided To try and delete Forge for 1.7.10 and now the installer for that won't launch either.

Sorry for the late response but it's due to the internet I was using, it had a filter and Forge won't open with it for some reason..
