I downloaded minecraft 1.8 for linux 3.8.11 and everytime it opens after it loads up it crashes i have nvidia and java 7

btw im on a samsung chromebook

what build are you running of linux, and can i see the console log for the crashes?

Minecraft doesn't run on ARM processors out of the box if at all.
