Oh dear! I backed up the mods and saves etc but never thought about the config files. There's about 10 of these errors and I need to know what they refer to so I can reset them.
Thanks for that. I've got three FML logs and they are slightly different. However they do not list all the Mod IDs.
I have also looked through the saved world folder but there is nothing there either.
I did do an ID dump using NEI before I reinstalled everything. I guess I could try opening a copy of the world, doing another ID dump and comparing the two. There are sixteen missing IDs so it'll take a while.
The problem was caused because I had to modify some ID clashes when I installed the Mods in the first place.
It might take a while but I will try a remember to report back when I've had a go just in case it helps someone else.
I had a Not Enough Items mod ID dump from my world before I saved it.
I made a copy of my world.
I opened the copy (which opened with missing IDs) and did another mod ID dump.
I opened the two dump files side-by-side in a spreadsheet and compared them. [32000 lines!!]
Made some corrections then tried opening a new copy of the world. Had to do this three times before I got it right. There were 17 missing items and one mis-match.
Hard work but I got my world back. I guess there is a lesson learned here - don't just backup the world saves. If you have changed any of the config files, back those up too.
Not Enough Items is also a useful tool for identifying unused ID slots when you get conflicts between mods.
Problem solved

I've had a look around but I can't find the answer to this particular point. I have a short list of error messages such as:
Is there any way to find out the actual item/block this message is referring to?
Many thanks
