I don't know if this is specific to 1.8.3 but recently my command console thinks I'm holding the command (Mac equivalent of ctrl) key when I'm using the console. If I type a slash to bring up the command console and attempt to type either a game command (i.e. /gamemode) or just type regular chat text, certain keys act as though I'm using the command version. Typing 'a' creates a select all effect, 'v' pastes from my clipboard, and 'c' copies or does nothing if I have nothing selected. It doesn't seem to affect signs, as I was successfully able to craft signs with the letters in question, but it is affecting Name Tags.
I closed out and reopened the game as well as restarted my computer. I haven't checked with my other saves or with other updates, but I do remember prior to using 1.8 on my Mac, I was able to use game commands just fine. The issue is also specific to Minecraft (otherwise I wouldn't be able to type this message). Does anyone know how to fix this or has encountered this issue before?
