Hello, I'm having issues with my Minecraft loading chunks incorrectly, it is not a server side issue as it seems to happen no matter if I'm playing in single or a multiplayer world. I can start up and play fine for up to 5-10 minutes then the chunks start tripping out as I open and close doors/ chests. I have attached a few photos of what it looks like. Some help would be greatly appreciated.
