I would like the thoughts of the community to see if they are any other people who are having the same issue that I am having. I bought minecraft back when it was in alpha for 5$. I played on and off until around January 2013. The way I know when I stopped is because I still have my last saved world on my computer. Since then I completely stopped playing. I have recently found some IRL friends who are avid players. I was happy to remember that I had bought the game several years ago and was anxious to hop on and start playing with them. I then found that I was only able to play the game in offline mode and was unable to migrate my account to the new service. I have submitted a ticket to the account serviced team but they said they would not be able to get back to me for several days.
So I was wondering,
Has any one easle had this issue and was there any way that you were able to resolve it?
