Even though [as I mentioned] I had no fire or antivirus when the bug started, I decided to turn off my antivirus which is Panda Security
I forgot to look at the time at which I deactivated it, but minecraft was already opened.
This happened:
[12:49:24 INFO]: Refreshing local version list... [12:49:24 INFO]: Refreshing remote version list... [13:03:26 INFO]: Refresh complete.
[13:03:28 INFO]: Loaded 1 profile(s); selected 'TheGuardian163'
[13:03:28 INFO]: Refreshing auth...
[13:03:28 INFO]: Logging in with access token
a 12minutes difference between when it did "refreshing remote version list..." and "refresh complete"
It may be because I deactivated my antivirus, but it could be coincidence so I have to check again.
I'll edit this post to tell the results. I don't want to conclude this was the issue since it worked a few times before but the issue was still there, I'll keep everyone updated
Thank you all for helping, I turly appreciate it

5 minutes loading time
I had serious doubts this was the issue because it works sometimes so [in my mind] if it were to block it it should block it all the time
I'll try few dozen times to see if it really fixed the issue, if not I'll try few dozen times with each time deleting the launcher_profile.json as my main hypothesis was this was the issue (had not tested it further yesterday because I didn,t have the time)
If everytime I start it it takes 5 minutes but it works then Panda Security will have been the issue and the issue will have been solved.
I'm hoping for that, testing it again and again right away. If it doesn't work, I'll try the "launcher_profile.json" hypothesis
Ok it [seemed to] work, started minecraft between 5 and 15 times no problem since I deactivated the anti-virus. Probably between 5 and 10 times. The 2-3 last time I actually played and really enjoyed it.
Went back to play again little while ago, deactivated the WIndows Firewall and my antivirus again, it tried again and again and nothing worked (probably 10 times), then the last time, it took 10 minutes to start, deleter the launcher.json beforehand
Here's the log:
[01:50:40 INFO]: Minecraft Launcher 1.6.11 (through bootstrap 5) started on windows...
[01:50:40 INFO]: Current time is May 25, 2015 1:50:40 AM

I don't understand if it takes 10 minutes all the time and because I'd close and try again after 5 minutes is the reason why it wasn't wroking, however earlier (the 5-15 times it worked I talked about) it always worked instantly.
So I don't understand why it does that I think there's more to it than the antivirus.
I'll keep testing and update again tomorrow (or tonight depending on what I do)
I reactivated the windows firewall and my antivirus to see if they're really the reason for my trouble (since it had stopped working many times over earlier even with them deactivated) I've started and closed Minecraft a dozen times and each time it starts instantaniously
I'm not sure whether it somehow fixed itself and it's just that the fireall and antivirus needed a "reboot" and that solved it, while the times it wouldn't start earlier were just random glitch, or if everything that was done actually did nothing and the problem is simply extremely random
Again I'll be doing more testing tomorrow
