Lets start with Minecraft 1.8.2, i was about to running it after launcher, but it sort of crashed with some error because of missing files. SO I couldn't figure it out how to fix the problem. My computer OS is Windows 8.1 and i am using Java 8 UD31 64bit (note: UD=update)
Here is the crash log:

Let me know if you have any questions regarding this problem, then i will answer them.
1.8.3 came out. and i tried using 1.8.3 for first time, but i got the same result. Same error in my crash log. I dont know how to fix this. I tried to uninstall java 8 and re-install a clean installment of Java 8 update 31. it doesn't solve the problem because of one missing file. its gone. i dont know why that 1.8.2 or 1.8.3 would need that file to run. Curse that damn buggy.
Try Java 7.
Try re-downloading 1.8.2 (1.8.3, I guess?) with your anti-virus off.
Re-install your .minecraft (Put your worlds, screenshots, and possibly mods in a new folder, if you want... and delete the rest of .minecraft) Then download 1.8.3 and it will install all the files needed again.

Bad news. Same result with java 7 update 75. Same crash log as i mentioned in my first post. sigh. i dont like giving you bad news. and i dont think "delete the rest .minecraft folder" and create a new .minecraft folder by running minecraft would fix the problem because well. let me explain first
The .minecraft folder i use to run minecraft is on external HDD. So i dont use that one so i run a fresh .minecraft on my computer's HDD and run it with minecraft 1.8.3. i got the same result. So what you said is not the solution.. Thats why i need help with this issue. I have no idea how to fix this because the problem is that there are missing files that doesn't exist in the first place that minecraft and java couldn't access to.
sorry about this bad news. wish it was good news and the solution!
it seems the file minecraft is requesting is protected and it is unalbe to be accessed i dont know how to fix it but this is what i deduced from the crash report
Yes but that file doesn't exist. Thats what i dont understand.
If it's missing files, try re-downloading the correct version with your anti-virus off, sorry I thought I mentioned that. Hopefully that helps.
The missing file.. its shown in my crash log. so its like "jna4353452435436.dll". but i noticed that its not the same file. it was a randomly file. Everytime i try to run 1.8.3 or 1.8.2, i got crash log and i also noticed the number of "jnaXXXXXXXXXXXXX.dll" keep changing. thats what i dont get is why would that minecraft need that file to run. it make no sense.
i will try re-download the correct version with my anti-virus off to see if it works.. I will let u know.
I tried re-download the correct version (1.8.3). with anti-virus off. it dont work. and i still got the same error on crash log as usually. i really want to curse that buggy!
There might be bugs omitted by Mojang while being in 1.8.2 or later, unfortunately.
You may be right. Thats what i was thinking. because i dont know why would minecraft need that file to run 1.8.3. i have to say its annoying. that i cant play or use 1.8.2 or 1.8.3. sigh. i say "curse these buggy" like i mentioned in my previous posts. and these buggy are preventing me from play 1.8.3 so i can find out what is the improvement or changed in 1.8.3 since 1.8.1 was released and had some bugs. :'( there are still no solutions i could find to fix the issues.

I found a solution to the problem. golddolphinskb was right about the file being protected, and you may need to change the permissions of the folder it is in.
To do that, press the windows key and R, to go to Run, then type in "%temp%" (without the quotes. once you're in the folder, click on the folder, "jna", then right click it, then properties. Go to the security tab, and make sure the group "Everyone" is clicked, and tick the box that says 'Full Control'. Hit Apply then hopefully that should fix the problem.

The problem is that "jna" doesn't exist. So i can't change the properties of that files... that is the reason why it can't be access. but i found another way to fix the problem.. make the minecraft override the "access is denied" into "access is granted" by running minecraft 1.8.3 as ADMIN. A guy from IRC chat told me to try it. and i thanked him for that solution.
running it as admin is the solution. I didn't think of that before..

OMG thank you so much! I've been working on a plugin and my server wasn't working because the jnaXXXXXXXXXXX.dll had access denied. My server works now and I can test my plugin!

You see, Mojang released 1.8.2 for a very short time, because it was so buggy, the soon released 1.8.3, the current version.
So if you were using 1.8.2, that's likely the problem, update minecraft and it should work.
(Minecraft updates automatically when launching)
