Hello, I really need help. I want to put Minecraft on a USB so it creates absolutely NO files on the computer running it. I've done that before, but more specifically I need to have the new NON-JAVA launcher. I've already talked to Mojang Support, and they couldn't really help me.
The new launcher still uses java, it just comes with it pre packaged and will install it, this is so everyone is using the same java version rather than whatever java they have already installed

Well great..... so your saying there is no way to play Minecraft on a USB without putting any files to the computer?
use a custom launcher like magiclauncher i think that should work but the computer needs java anyway if you somehow manage to get the java portable on a stick or preinstalled on the computer without that minecraft wont work no mater what.
I think you could probably get Java on the USB stick as well, but there is no way to play Minecraft on a PC without Java being involved.
