Like the title says I have an i5 4670k oc'd to 4.5 GHz, GTX970, 8 gigs of ram etc... So i know i can run shaders, as i have before. I reinstalled windows and i can not get the shaders working again.
Ive tried several times with and without forge and with and without optifine on fresh installs of 1.8 and 1.7.10 with shaders mod v2.4.8 and 2.3.21 (for 1.7) and many shader packs and one resource pack and all i get is vanilla. Java is up to date and 64 bit, i change the arguments to allow 4 gigs of ram and triple check all of mc's settings.
Any advice on anything maybe something im overlooking?

Yes nut they do make integrated gpus so maybe check to see if it is diabled, run mc 1.8+ and hit f3, it should show you which card you are using
