So i was playing so FTB with so mates then it just started to lag hard, so i dc and tried to reconnected to the server but when i reconnected i got timed out and even if i did get in its just lag and I can't do anything. Then i checked normal minecraft and that wasn't working either

I have tried:

reinstalling
reinstalling with a new launcher
restart PC
reinstall java

Please Help Me

Internet is fine i can watch youtube videos and other games work online as well.

Post launcher log and game output after you've been in the game and timed out.

that prob wont help because last night i fully reinstalled windows 7 and it worked then about the same time it happened again i cant join any server ftb or mc

also i am using 1.7.10 for minecraft and ftb
