That doesn't look like the official launcher. Try to see if the official launcher that you get on Minecraft.net will work.
Btw it would also help to have the crash report so that people can better understand your problem. You can find it at
C:\Users\<Your Name Here>\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\crash-reports
It might also be the fact that you are using an experimental OS, is there any chance you can go back to windows 8.1 or 7?
I think it is just really old... or a altered one, not to mention, Minecrfat may not work well on Windows 10... it is not even an full version of windows 10 (just the preview)
