It's not super noticeable at first, but after seeing some YouTube videos (Mumbo Jumbo's videos for example), I noticed my game lags when moving the mouse, even at 100% mouse speed. I get > 100 FPS regularly, but moving the mouse is not a fluid motion, as best seen with cinematic camera.
