Well i join some servers with out this happing then i join one it does. like i just join the i lag out when i try to lower everything that doesn't help get optifine that doesn't help i am on a mac 10.5.8
MC launcher->hit Edit Profile->select Keep Launcher Open. Save profile. Hit play. When you start lagging, go back to launcher and copy entire contents of second and last tabs (launcher log and game output) here.
