Okay so whenever a dispenser (or me) chucks an item through the nether portal the game freezes for a second and keeps going, my world is probably corrupted because when I copy my level.dat (and all the other important) files into another world folder it doesn't replace everything only certain 'parts' of it.
this doesn't happen on any other worlds. If my world sounds like it's corrupt how do I fix it?
Info,
-My world got corrupted because of memory/ram shortage and I copied the level.dat and all the other important files into another world folder but the seed generation was different (probably because it was corrupt)
-I mcedited out all the chunks that I built in and pasted it into a new world (the one that I am currently playing on and the problem is occurring on) so the level.dat file shouldn't be corrupted, right?
Please help!

Well I did do a factory restore on my computer, that deletes everything including Minecraft so I backed up everything but in the end I still had to install Minecraft

There's 2 launchers?! I'm using the one that you had to get when you upgraded from 1.5 to 1.6. I'm now using the one that you can download on the Minecraft website on the download page I don't know which one it is.
