This would keep happening about every 5 minutes I would crash in minecraft. I've tried to fix it but had no progress what do I do?

You don't have enough space allocated for Minecraft to well... take a dump basically... allocate more ram to Minecraft and setup a memory dumping location for Minecraft. How many times must I say Minecraft!?
